Net Profit Bookkeeping SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("SMS Terms") govern text messaging between Net Profit Financial Services, LLC ("Net Profit Bookkeeping," "NPBK," "we," "us," or "our") and you. They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these SMS Terms control for text messaging only.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to text messages from Net Profit Bookkeeping, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your engagement with us. Message types include:

• Account notifications, such as confirmation that a tax return has been filed or accepted, that payroll has been processed, that a month's books are closed, or that a report is ready in your client portal.
• Customer care messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for documents we need to complete your work, and notices that something requires your signature.
• Conversational messages, meaning two-way texting with our staff about your engagement, usually in response to a question you send us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by completing the text message sign-up form on this page, or by texting us first at 808-774-2259. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of engaging our services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the work we are doing for you. Most clients receive a small number of messages per month.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or provide your consent again.

7. Privacy

8. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.

10. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
