Net Profit Financial Services — QuickBooks Online Integration

This Privacy Policy describes how Net Profit Financial Services ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information accessed through our internal QuickBooks Online integration tool. This tool is used solely by authorized Net Profit Financial Services staff to deliver bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients.
Through our authorized connection to QuickBooks Online, the application may access: business financial transactions (invoices, bills, payments, expenses), customer and vendor contact information, chart of accounts and general ledger data, financial reports, and company profile information.
Data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used exclusively to provide bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting services to the client whose QuickBooks company has been connected. We do not use client financial data for any other purpose.
The application operates locally on secured devices owned by Net Profit Financial Services. We do not transmit or store your QuickBooks data on any external servers or cloud platforms. Only the OAuth authentication tokens required to maintain the QuickBooks connection are stored locally, protected by standard access controls and device encryption.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your QuickBooks data with any third party. Data may be disclosed only with your explicit consent or as required by law.
We retain QuickBooks access only for the duration of our engagement with each client. When an engagement ends, all associated OAuth tokens are deleted. Clients may revoke our access at any time through QuickBooks Online → Settings → Manage Connections → Apps.
